Rotary Meeting - Aiden Harris about RYLA

Rotary Youth Leadersip Award (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organised by Rotary clubs and districts to recognise and support emerging Rotary leaders.  For those of us who have been noticing Aidan's contributions, we already know that he brings thoughtfulness, focus, empathy and a big-picture vision.

From Aidan:

"I am excited to provide more details about the recent RYLA event I attended! I will give a rundown of each of the four days and my main takeaways and experiences with the program. I will also explain why I think this program is so important for our club and for building the next generation of leaders. "
