Christmas Luncheon at the ICC

You, your family and friends are invited to the Rotary Club of Guelph Christmas Luncheon on Friday December 16th.  This year we will be joined by our friends from Guelph South Rotary Club.

In order for the luncheon to take place, we need to sell 84 tickets by Tuesday November 29th.  If we are not successful in selling 84 tickets, it will be our regular fellowship meeting with lunch.  You will be refunded the cost of luncheon.

Rotary Fellowship will begin at 11:00am.  

The luncheon will consist of punch (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) during the fellowship time The menu will be house salad, rolls and butter, roasted turkey with stuffing, gravy, cranberries, mashed potatoes and hot vegetables. Warm apple blossom with caramel sauce and whipped cream for dessert with coffee and tea

Background music will be provided by Brad Halls an accomplished pianist. Brad will also lead us in a sing-along of our favourite Christmas Carols.

The cost is $50.00 per person and must be paid in advance of the meeting.

If you plan to come to Friday November 25th club meeting, please come prepared to pay for the luncheon by either debit, credit card, cheque or cash.  If you will not be attending the meeting on Friday November 25th, please pay by e-transfer to h_slis@rogers.com (Helmuth Slisarenko).

The deadline to register and full payment received is Tuesday November 29th, midnight.
