Every city in North America is grappling with issues of mental health, addictions and homelessness in their downtown core (see here).
Guelph Wellington has a plan to solve homelessness. This plan has inspired the development of three new Permanent Supportive Housing projects in Guelph which will create homes for 72 members of our community and reduce the stress on our temporary housing system by around 50%.
All levels of government believe in this plan and have already invested $16.8 million. But we also need caring individuals to contribute as well. All gifts, big and small, are an important part of this bold goal.
All gifts made before March 31st, are eligible for the City of Guelph match.
