Back by popular demand is our seventh virtual Rotary Paint Night, on Sunday evening, June 6, 2021 from 6pm to 8pm on zoom.

Join Rotarian and artist Ben McCarl as he guides online participants step by step to paint this Summer Sunrise. Rotary’s virtual paint nights are open to everyone, all skill levels are welcome and free to attend.

This month's paint night is in support of Food4Kids Guelph, a charity dedicated to closing the gap for families experiencing food insecurity.  With your help, Food4Kids can continue providing grocery gift cards to families in need.

This is a "pay what you can" event. Participants can register and/or donate by following the link below.  A charitable receipt will be issued to those who donate.

Participants supply their own materials, and need the following:
  • Canvas 12” x 16” or whatever size you want
  • 5 colours of acrylic paint (red, blue, yellow, white and black)
  • Large flat brush - 1/2" or larger
  • Small flat brush - 1/4" or smaller
  • Pallet to mix paints on
  • Bowl of water
  • Paper towels
  • Fine marker to sign the painting

Most Guelph children can get some food at school, Monday to Friday, but around 3% of students struggle for adequate food at home, with hungry weekends being a particular struggle for them. Our program provides healthy food bags for these children to take home at the end of the school week, to close their weekend food gap. When schools are closed, we provide grocery gift cards to help their families. We depend on donations to continue feeding local children in need - currently 339 children every week in Guelph (June 2021). Visit our website for more information.   https://www.food4kidsguelph.ca

THANK YOU FOR HELPING US FEED LOCAL CHILDREN IN NEED
