A Very Special Christmas Program

Our program this week will feature Markus Howard, Artistic Director for Guelph Youth Singers (GYS).  This year GYS has been forced to move online, but under the leadership of Markus continues to provide an engaging experience while creating and sharing music with our community.  Markus will discuss the importance of music in the development of youth, and share with us a selection of performances from GYS including previously-recorded live performances and some thoughtfully curated virtual performances from this choir year.  And of course, there will be some Christmas music to get us in a festive mood and a visit from our very own Santa!  The program starts at 1215 pm but the site will be open at 1200 noon for some pre-meeting socializing.
