An Insider's Perspective ... My Experience at the Recent RYLA Conference

Rotary Youth Leadersip Award (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organised by Rotary clubs and districts to recognise and support emerging Rotary leaders.  For those of us who have been noticing Aidan's contributions, we already know that he brings thoughtfulness, focus, empathy and a big-picture vision.
