Rotary Rewind

"Rotary Rewinds" are popular occasions at our club, giving us the chance to hear from a long-standing member, learning more about their personal history and also the history of our club. 

This week we will be treated to a rewind with our own Dr. Lawrie Jones.  Lawrie is a retired dentist and a Rotarian for 48 years.  In his years as a dentist Lawrie built a substantial practice on Cork Street in downtown Guelph.  Many members of our club were Lawrie’s patients.  As a Rotarian Lawrie was/is an inspiration.  He is a Past President and has been active in many areas of Rotary and the Rotary Club of Guelph Charitable Foundation.  This is a great opportunity for all members, and especially newer members, to get to know one of our best.
