Neil Dunsmore, a member of the Rotary Club of Fergus-Elora and a skilled speaker, has remarkable experiences to share. In his career, he was a Provincial Corrections Officer and a Crisis/Hostage Negotiator, so he understands the power of connecting with people. Today Neil is a Township of Centre Wellington Councillor but devotes much of his energy and experience towards supporting mental health initiatives.
