With profound shock and sadness, we learned that our beloved former Rotarian of 40 years (1983-2023), Monte Hewson, passed away on April 2, 2024 at the age of 73. With many of us having been regular customers of Monte's Place, arguably Guelph's best flower shop for 40 years until he closed his business in October 2020, we have lost a dear friend.
