In person meetings are a GO!

Rotary in person meetings at the ICC start April 8^th

First and foremost, this is not a pre-April 1st prank.

The Board of Directors on March 23rd decided that we would commence in person meetings at the ICC on April 8^st.

Here is the basic information you need to know.

Proof of vaccination will not be required.
No vaccine certificate required.
No pre-registration to attend required.
Masks are not required but if you feel more comfortable you are encouraged to wear one.
The cost for your lunch meal will remain at $20 and be payable by cash for the time being.
Payment options will be reviewed over the next few weeks.
Preferred meeting format will be in person, however, Zoom connectivity will be tentatively provided up to the end of this Rotary year. Providing Zoom access will be reassessed monthly and may be cancelled before if workload and use dictates.

We are excited to see each and every Rotarian in person again. We encourage all Rotarians to be respectful of all members' choices and comfort levels as we start to once again enjoy each others company.
