We had a 15-minute pr esentation on some of the issues and options that we are facing with Club attendance and costs concerning the Friday in person meetings. As you were not in attendance\, we wanted to make sure that you had an opportunity to hear the presentation and receive a copy of the survey or the online vers ion that will be ready shortly. It is so important that all members of the Club can be heard on this subject as it will affect how we meet\, when we meet\, and how often we meet. We are looking for your input on 4 basic qu estions that will allow the Avenue of Club Service to focus on what member s think is important. We will not make any final decision from this survey \, but we expect that it will point us toward what most members think is t he best way to move ahead. We can then concentrate or efforts on the areas you think is important to the majority of members. There will be three se parate Zoom meeting this week and you are invited to any one of them that fits your schedule.
