At the 2024 Black Tie Bingo gala dinner on March 2nd, the Guelph General Hospital Foundation presented their 2024 Inspirational Philanthropist Award to Bob Ireland. Bob was recognized with a standing ovation for his outstanding contributions through business, philanthropy and volunteerism in support of Guelph General Hospital as well as many other causes in the Guelph community, especially through his service to the Rotary Club of Guelph. In late February, A few Rotarians were delighted to have a sneak preview of the latest Grove Hub in the new CMHA building for Children & Youth Services at 737 Woolwich Street in Guelph. This Hub still needs finishing touches and will have an official opening (not to be missed!) in spring 2024.
